By installing or using SeedingStack ("the app") you agree to these terms.
What the app does
The app creates fictional sample data — products, variants, collections, customers, discount codes and orders — in a Shopify store you own or are authorised to manage, to help you build, test and demo. It can also delete the data it created.
Your responsibilities
- Use the app only on stores you own or are authorised to manage — ideally a development or staging store, not a live storefront.
- You are responsible for reviewing generated data before relying on it, and for any configuration you choose.
- Don't use the app to create misleading data for fraudulent purposes.
Limits
To protect your store and Shopify's API, each run is capped at 250 products, 1,000 customers and 3,000 orders. Requests above a limit are reduced to it.
No warranty
The app is provided free and "as is", without warranties of any kind. Data creation depends on the Shopify API and may occasionally be partial; the app reports what it created. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app. Always run it against a development store first.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or the app, and you may stop using it and uninstall at any time.
